Background
Clark grew up in China in a hardworking family, earned a Finance degree in Australia, then moved to the United States to complete an MBA with advanced studies in Accounting and Taxation. He holds multiple professional licenses including the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations.
Before founding TS CPA, Clark served as a Senior Manager at a Top 5 global CPA firm, where he led a team of 50+ professionals across federal, state, and international tax engagements. That experience shaped his approach: the level of service traditionally reserved for the largest clients, delivered to individuals and small businesses.
