Our fees are based on the scope and complexity of the services provided. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

We uphold strict confidentiality. Your information will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., to third-party software providers).

All deliverables are the intellectual property of TS CPA. You are granted a limited license for your personal or internal business use only. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. You are responsible for any unpaid fees for work completed. We reserve the right to terminate services if you fail to meet your obligations.

While we adhere to professional standards, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Tax laws are subject to change, and we are not liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved first through mediation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at our website.

We may amend these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
